01The problem

The data exists.
Access is what doesn't.

Your company already records everything in the ERP. The bottleneck isn't the data — it's the distance between whoever has the question and whoever knows how to extract the answer.

How it is today
  • File a ticket with IT and wait in line
  • Depend on a consultant or on whoever writes SQL
  • Receive the report already out of date
  • Pay for expensive BI seats people barely use
With JCLA
  • Ask in plain language, get the answer now
  • Nobody on the team needs to know SQL
  • Queries hit the live database — always current
  • Each manager sees only their own area
02How it works

Three steps from question to chart

01

We map your ERP

Orchestrated ETL pipelines turn your database into a cataloged Data Lakehouse. Once set up, it refreshes on its own.

02

You ask

By text or voice, in the browser or on WhatsApp. The way you would ask an analyst.

What was revenue by month in 2025?
03

JCLA answers

Chart, table and the SQL it ran — so you can check where every number came from. Save it to a dashboard or schedule recurring delivery.

03Features

What you do inside JCLA

Dashboards per area

Save any chart generated in the chat into a categorized panel. Sales, HR and Finance, each with the metrics that matter.

Interactive analysis

Spotted something odd in a saved chart? Ask right there. JCLA keeps the context and digs deeper without you starting over.

Query by voice or text

Speak or write in natural language. No syntax, no menus, no training — and the SQL always visible for auditing.

04Automations

It doesn't wait
for you to ask

Asking is just the start. JCLA also works on its own: it tracks your metrics on the schedule you set and reaches out when something changes.

Schedule

Recurring report

Set the analysis to run daily, weekly or monthly. It arrives in the conversation, by e-mail or on WhatsApp — with nobody having to remember.

every Monday, 08:00
Alert

Condition-based warning

Describe the condition in conversation. JCLA starts checking on its own, at the frequency and time window you choose, and only reaches out when it happens.

if revenue drops more than 20% vs the 7-day average
Summary

Metrics digest

Several metrics in one periodic summary, each with its change against the previous period plus a comment on the whole set.

up to 8 measures · change vs previous period

It warns on the turn, not on every check

While the situation persists, JCLA stays quiet — no twenty messages about the same problem. When it returns to normal, it tells you and goes back to watching. And the check itself is deterministic: it doesn't spend AI to look at the number, only to write the warning.

05In practice

Questions already running on JCLA

No invented examples — these are the kind of queries users run day to day.

06Why JCLA

Accessible data,
immediate answers

More agility

Precise answers without digging through screens or waiting for the next meeting.

Less rework

Queries run on the live database. Nobody builds spreadsheets by hand anymore.

No learning curve

If someone can use a messaging app, they can use JCLA. There is no training.

Governed measures

The calculation isn't improvised: it comes from the catalog your company defines. Revenue means the same thing to everyone.

SQL always in sight

Every answer shows the query that produced it. Auditable, verifiable, no black box.

Row-level access

Access groups filter data at the source. A rep asks the same question as a director and gets only their own accounts.

On the channel you already use

Browser, WhatsApp or e-mail. The answer arrives where the person is already looking.

Usage in plain sight

The credit balance is visible inside the platform, renewed each cycle. Nobody finds out the cost from the invoice.

Your data, isolated

Each company lives in its own data environment. Nothing is shared between customers.

07Frequently asked

What people
ask beforehand

The questions that come up in every first conversation, answered straight.

01 What is JCLA?
JCLA is a conversational Business Intelligence platform that connects to a company's ERP database and answers questions in plain language. Instead of opening a report or writing SQL, a person asks "what was revenue by month in 2025?" and receives the chart, the table and the SQL query that produced the result. It is built by Tega Sistemas and serves mid-sized and large companies.
02 Do I need to know SQL or have technical skills to use JCLA?
No. Questions are asked in ordinary language, by text or by voice, the same way you would ask an analyst. JCLA translates the question into a database query, runs it and returns the result already visualised. If someone can use a messaging app, they can use JCLA — no formal training is required.
03 What data does JCLA connect to?
JCLA connects to the company's ERP data. Orchestrated ETL pipelines extract, transform and organise that database into a cataloged Data Lakehouse with processing layers. Once configured, this flow refreshes on its own. JCLA queries that processed structure rather than the ERP transactional database directly, which avoids any impact on daily operations.
04 How does JCLA ensure each person only sees the data they are allowed to see?
Through access groups that filter data at the source, row by row. A sales rep and a director can ask exactly the same question and receive different answers: each one sees only their own slice. The control is applied in the database query, not in the interface — there is no way to bypass it through the screen. There is also control over which columns each profile can reach.
05 How do I know JCLA's answer is correct? Can it invent numbers?
Every JCLA answer shows the SQL query that produced it, available under the "View SQL" button. The numbers are not generated by artificial intelligence: they come from running a real query against the company database. The AI interprets the question and writes the query; the value comes from the database. This makes every answer auditable and verifiable by anyone who can read SQL.
06 Does JCLA use standardised calculations or invent the formula for each question?
JCLA works on governed measures defined in the company's own semantic catalog. This means "revenue" has a single definition, and it is the same for everyone who asks. An administrator can block a measure, and it stops being available to everyone — including any automated alerts that depend on it.
07 Can JCLA warn me on its own when something changes, without me asking?
Yes. There are three forms of automation. Schedule: an analysis runs at a fixed time, daily, weekly or monthly, and is delivered ready. Alert: you describe a condition in conversation, for example "warn me if revenue drops more than 20% against the 7-day average", and JCLA starts checking on its own at the chosen frequency, reaching out only when the condition occurs. Digest: a periodic summary of several metrics, each with its change against the previous period.
08 Do JCLA alerts flood my inbox?
No. The alert only warns on the turn, that is, at the moment the condition goes from false to true. While the situation stays the same, JCLA remains silent instead of repeating the same warning at every check. When the situation returns to normal, it reports the recovery and goes back to watching. The check itself is deterministic and consumes no artificial intelligence: the AI is only invoked to write the warning text when there is something to report.
09 Does JCLA work on WhatsApp?
Yes. Besides the web interface, JCLA works over WhatsApp, where you can ask questions and receive answers, scheduled reports and alerts. Automated deliveries can also arrive by e-mail or in the conversation inside the platform itself.
10 Is my company's data kept separate from other customers' data?
Yes. Each company operates in its own isolated data environment. There is no data sharing between customers, and the isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level, not merely by an application filter.
11 Does JCLA replace Power BI, Tableau or the BI tool I already use?
JCLA does not need to replace an existing BI tool: it solves a different bottleneck. Traditional BI tools depend on someone technically skilled to build each report, which creates a queue. JCLA gives direct access to whoever has the question, with no intermediary. Many companies keep both: consolidated dashboards in the traditional tool and day-to-day questions in JCLA.
12 Does JCLA do trend forecasting?
No. The capabilities in operation today are natural language querying, dashboards, interactive analysis over saved charts, and the schedule, alert and digest automations. If revenue or demand projection is part of what your operation needs, it is worth talking to the team at sales@jcla.ai to assess the case.
13 How can I see JCLA in practice?
The demonstration is run on data from the interested company's own ERP, not on a generic sample database. You can get in touch through the form on this page, by e-mail at sales@jcla.ai or by phone at +55 (43) 99980-0189.
